The Duke PT 16 combines downhill performance of a regular binding with the uphill convenience of a pin binding. It features the Ride & Hike toe for easy walking mode and a removable toe piece for weight savings when going uphill. The heel piece offers a 10° climbing aid. For downhill, the toe reattaches securely, functioning like an alpine toe. Compatible with alpine, touring, and GripWalk boots.
Note that bindings do not come installed and we suggest you visit a shop and get them mounted by a professional.
Great downhill performance
The sun started to come through on the left side of the ridge. We had hiked for hours. The good thing about starting super early, is that by the time you truly wake up, you have already come half way. When we reached the peak of Akkha we were fully awake and became well aware of our greatness (smallness) in this world. We felt thankful for the things that got us there, –sleepwalking, coffee and PT DUKE 16. We’ve tried a lot of different bindings through the years and this is truly the only touring binding we trust for every angle of skiing. No matter flat butters or step faces. We look forward to reaching more peaks together.

Store your bindings in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
Check for signs of wear, damage, or corrosion and replace worn-out parts promptly.
Avoid over-tightening the screws or straps, as this can cause damage to the binding's internal components or the surrounding material.
Replace the springs after 5-7 years or when they start to show signs of wear, as worn-out springs can compromise the binding's performance and safety.
