Our signature playful feel transfered into a ski for big mountain terrain. Our freeride ski is engineered to be surfy, stable and calm. Featuring a 113mm waist and a 24m turning radius at 184cm.
"Screw the piste." That was the only thing on my mind. I didn’t want this to be one of those "one-ski-quiver," halfway-good-at-everything types of skis. I wanted to go freeride first, period. I’d be lying if Shane McConkey’s legendary water ski run in Alaska didn’t have something to do with it; I must have watched that clip a hundred times at this point. On my first run on the first prototype, I almost fell over in the piste because of... well, I wasn’t really sure why I almost fell over. It was a very experimental ski.
I was scared I had failed as a shaper. But then I ducked the rope. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. I slashed and surfed in ways I’d never felt before. I felt invincible landing cliffs and could go as fast as I wanted, my fear was the only thing holding me back. I knew I was onto something. Six prototypes later, and we’re here. The original idea of "freeride first" is still there but I don’t fall over in the piste anymore.

How to mount your ski
We encourage people to find their own favorite mounting spot and be free to do as they like. However, if you have no idea what you like, we can tell you that our whole team mounts their Freeride skis at -5cm back from center. It really creates a well-balanced experience.
Drill bit size: 4.1 x 9mm
Adhesive Choice: Opt for waterproof glue over standard wood glue.
Screw tightening: Our freeride ski features a Titanal insert so it takes a little more force than our other skis but be sure to not overtighten.
Used bindings: If you’re not buying new bindings, make sure to clean the old screws properly
Product Care
If you're keen on maximizing the lifespan of your skis and ensuring they stay in tip-top shape, here are a few easy-to-do things:
Dry is good: Always store your skis in a place where they can properly dry. Avoid the roof box overnight.
Wax on, Wax off: An unwaxed base dries out and becomes more prone to breaking.
Strap it up: Use ski straps – They minimize wear and tear while handling & transporting your skis.
Topsheet damage: Use epoxy and seal it asap. It prevents moisture from sneaking in.
Don’t discard: Scratched bases and dull edges are easily fixed with a base grind at your local shop.
