SHIPPING
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
When your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with shipping information. In there you’ll find details about how and when you’ll receive your order.
WHERE DO THE PRODUCTS SHIP FROM?
We send all products straight from our warehouse in Sweden.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes you can. After we’ve taken care of your order, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with track-id instructions.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders over €200.
HOW LONG BEFORE I GET MY ORDER?
We usually ship orders within 24-48 hours after your purchase. After that it’s normally between 6-10 days. Sometimes faster (fingers crossed). However, since there are other companies like UPS and DHL involved, we can't make any guarantees.

WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our products are only available online through our website 1000skis.com. If you see the skis elsewhere, it's a hoax. (And we would love to hear about it).

Right now, we ship to 33 different countries around the world. Ranging from North- and South America, Europe, Asia & Oceania. If your country is listed in the drop down menu in check-out there’s no problem. But if your country isn’t there, send us en email and we’ll see if we can fix that.
HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Press "Buy Now" next to the product. The product is now in your shopping cart. Press the shopping cart icon and then proceed to checkout.
PRE-ORDERS
If your purchase is one of our pre-order items, note that the delivery date is preliminary and might be updated during the pre-order period. After 30 days of purchase, your order is non-refundable.
DO YOU DO DISCOUNTS?
The short story is no. The long story is that we don't simply because we are already pushing the boundaries of pricing while manufacturing in a way that’s socially and environmentally considerate. Our prices reflect the performance, quality & materials in our skis, as well as our goal to do this the right way. We don’t think it would be fair to ourselves, or to you, to set one price in January and a lower one in March, as that would mean one of those two prices is lying. We want you to know that the price they pay now is what they would have paid the next month, or at any given time. We believe in the longevity of our product & our core value is to sell our skis based on performance & quality. Together with our community, we strive to move the industry in the direction of fair wages, great skis, and less impact on our precious Earth. So yeah, there you have it. We told you. Long story.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Klarna. We use Shopify payments, Shopify is certified according to the Level 1 PCI DSS standard.
ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU?
When buying a product outside of the EU, it classifies as export/import. However, we are sending your order “Delivery Duty Paid” which means
that we try to make sure that your order arrives without any hassles and that customs fees etc are paid by us.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS AFTER I RECEIVE IT?
Yes. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us and we will send you a return slip within 7 days. We charge shipping both ways for return products. If you have any questions about pricing, just ask us when requesting your return.
HOW DOES WARRANTY CLAIMS WORK?
The big questions is this: Is it a defect or damage? Defect means a problem with materials or workmanship. Damage occurs from wear and tear or accidents, like ski chipping or hitting rocks. Defects are covered by our 2-year warranty – damage isn't. Here are some examples of things that are not covered by the warranty:
